Come relax in this freshly renovated South Beach retreat. The kitchen boasts brand-new appliances, a designated washer/dryer nook, and a minimalist yet coastal-inspired bathroom, for perfect vacation vibes. Bring your beverage of choice up to the patio for an ocean view, enjoy strolls to the beach just a block away, or bike over to Lily Point Marine Park for a scenic hike. Whatever your itinerary holds, this cozy bungalow offers a great space to kick back and take it easy.
When guests arrive, they'll pull into the driveway just in front of the garage. There is space for two cars. The front door to the home is located just down a paved walkway along the side of the garage. Guests have exclusive, private access to the home during their stay. There's a rooftop terrace just above the garage with a lovely view out across the water. The open, South facing view offers gorgeous sunrises and sunsets from the rooftop deck. Contents of the garage are for owner use only, so the garage storage space will remain locked during all stays.
Property is equipped with keyless entry, for flexible, contact free check-in. Each guest is issued their own private door code and can check-in at their leisure, any time after 4pm on the day of check-in.
We are available anytime for any questions you might have. Our entire management team lives here in Point Roberts, so we are all locals. If you would like someone to meet you at the property when you arrive, we would be happy to arrange it. Otherwise, guests can feel free to check-in with their private access code and make themselves at home!

- Maximum occupancy: as agreed at booking. No additional overnight guests without prior written approval from the Owner.
- No smoking inside the property. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas, if any.
- No parties or events without prior written approval from the Owner.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors and surrounding wildlife.
- Pets: permitted only when explicitly approved at booking. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Pool, hot tub, and outdoor amenities: use at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Trash and recycling: follow the instructions left at the property.
- Departure: please leave the property in the condition in which you found it. Excessive cleaning beyond standard turnover may be charged against the damage deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation until 5 days before check-in. After that, no refunds.
