Ocean Blue is a three-bedroom, one-bath cedar cottage set at the water’s edge in Point Roberts, just 45 minutes from Vancouver. During a high energy time in the city, this is where you come to exhale. Step outside and you are on the beach. No crowds. No noise. Just open water and sky. Ideally suited for guests who value quiet, simplicity and a peaceful setting. Fully equipped for an easy, comfortable stay.
Sunrises and sunsets here are stunning, unfolding across uninterrupted ocean views. From the deck, you can sit and watch herons, eagles, seals, and sea lions in their natural rhythm, and at times, even whales passing through. Boats move quietly in and out of the nearby marina, gliding across the water in front of you.
This cottage is ideal for guests visiting Vancouver during a busy summer season, including the FIFA World Cup and other major events, who want to remain close to the city while experiencing something entirely different.

- No smoking inside the property. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas, if any.
- No parties or events without prior written approval from the Owner.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors and surrounding wildlife.
- Pets: permitted only when explicitly approved at booking. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Pool, hot tub, and outdoor amenities: use at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Trash and recycling: follow the instructions left at the property.
- Departure: please leave the property in the condition in which you found it. Excessive cleaning beyond standard turnover may be charged against the damage deposit.
